**JOB DESCRIPTION**
Our starting position as a Trainee Broker role is to generate new leads to convert in to profitable business and through excellent relationship building retaining those clients. This will be achieved by focusing on client needs and setting yourself high expectations in terms of results.
A Broker should always be looking for ways to win new business; this includes keeping up to date with competitor information and be interested in always seeking out new opportunities through networking and keeping abreast of current affairs.

**WHAT DO WE LOOK FOR**
- Exceptional communication skills, fluency in English
- One other Asia Pacific Language is desirable (Thai, Bahasa and Mandarin etc.)
- Building your list of potential clients by researching internal and external databases, websites and social media
- Strong numeracy skills

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
