What this opportunity involves:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Facilities Manager to join our Not for Profit Client; the organisation has a strong focus on caring for people. You will be based at the client premises and will be required to support with optimising the client’s property portfolio. The focus is on building strong relationships, productivity improvements, and achieving high customer satisfaction.
Local travel (site inspections) will be required (client company car available for use).
This exciting role will include responsibilities across a range of services, including financial, technical, maintenance, procurement, asset, and vendor management programs. The portfolio includes a mixture of commercial and residential assets, including the client's corporate head office.
Some of the key responsibilities we want you to manage include:
Client/Stakeholder Management
1. Maintain high level of client relationships at the highest levels.
2. Ensure CPL is provided with a consistent framework and resource base to drive service delivery integration.
3. Develop in-depth understanding of CPL’s issues to allow the provision of meaningful advice and direction.
4. Single point of contact for resolving issues, and for expanding use of JLL’s services.
5. Improve performance via ongoing monitoring of client relationships, applying strategic thinking, planning, and efficient operations.
6. Empower the Account team to gain in-depth understanding of CPL’s key issues.
7. Support the Account team to be high performing and engaged.
8. Transfer best practices by participating with a community of JLL Client Relationship Managers who can share information, success stories, challenges, and opportunities.
9. Establish the vision and strategy of the account plans and ensuring the client receives exceptional delivery of their requirements.
10. Understand the client’s key business drivers, focus the account team to ensure those priorities are aligned with our deliverables.
11. Work with support functions teams (HR, SCMP, EOS, and Finance) to ensure smooth delivery at all sites.
Financial Management
1. Meet the agreed growth targets for the account.
2. Be responsible for achievement of the agreed financial targets for the account; revenue, expenses, and debtor’s targets.
3. Look for opportunities to cross-sell services.
4. Assist finance teams for collection of fees from client and tracking of outstanding payments.
5. Accountable for the service delivery to meet contractual obligations of Jones Lang LaSalle.
6. Actively manage the professional development of all direct reports.
Contract Management
1. Ensure adherence to the contract.
2. Responsible for the achievement of key performance indicators, service levels, and other measures as contracted.
3. Assist and manage the change control process.
4. Ensure governance is followed at all locations.
Operations
1. Assist with the implementation of technology systems to support service delivery, and ensure the required reporting from the systems.
2. Develop and implement standard operating procedures and processes for new accounts.
3. Develop, implement and manage all local initiatives and programs for the Work Dynamics team.
4. Drive client-specific initiatives such as savings targets, benchmarking, and best practices.
5. Source, transfer and implement best practices to the account.
6. Drive consistency in the account e.g. in reporting, standard operating procedures, systems, and HR practices.
7. Establish consistency in the monthly reporting across the JLL portfolio.
8. Prepare reporting to the satisfaction of the Client.

1. A motivated self-starter with a proven track record of successfully delivering best practice and quality to their client.
2. An engaging people manager who thrives on inspiring and developing their team.
3. 4+ years experience in facilities, property management, or related field.
4. Has experience working in corporate environments including dealings with Executive level.
5. Knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements.
6. Knowledge of critical facilities.
7. Knowledge of vendor management for specialized services.
8. Understands basic technical aspects of property (Computer Room Air-conditioning, Chiller system, Fire Protection system, Mechanical & Electrical system, BMS system).
9. Proven capacity to understand and interpret commercial contracts.
10. Strong budget management and financial analysis skills.
11. The occupant must hold a current and valid Driver’s License.
