We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Brand Manager to join Blackmores ANZ Marketing Team.


Purpose:

This is an exciting opportunity to drive growth for Blackmores' Move & Energy portfolios, leading marketing strategy, campaign execution and new product development across some of our largest segments — Muscle, Arthritis, Bone, Joint & Energy. You'll also own the annual partnership strategy and influencer plans for the Blackmores brand.

Reporting to the Consumer Marketing Lead, you will have end to end ownership of plans for your segments, identifying opportunities for growth and optimisation to deliver long term results. Within the partnership strategy, you will drive the execution of sponsorships with NBL, WNBL & Spring Cycle, closely collaborating with teams across the business to maximise amplification.

Also leading our influencer strategy to support brand engagement and relevancy, this role is varied and exciting – giving the right candidate the opportunity to make a genuine difference to the Blackmores brand in Australia.

This role is expected to work out of both of our NSW sites, Warriewood and Surry Hills – selecting one site as a base office and working from the other at least once a fortnight. We also have a hybrid work arrangement of working a minimum of 3 days a week in the office each week.


Responsibilities include:

* Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for the Move & Energy segments, aligned with brand plans for consumer impact and commercial success including media, creative development & channel activation.
* Managing agencies to deliver campaigns to agreed timelines, budgets and performance metrics.
* Management of innovation pipeline alongside Global team & Innovation Manager for NPD projects from proposition to launch, working with cross functional teams to execute strong go-to-market plans for success.
* Analysis of brand and segment performance, competitor activity and consumer insights to identify opportunities and make decisions.
* Creation of annual partnerships strategy and plan, identifying opportunities to further embed the NBL & WNBL partnerships into our campaigns and customer plans, setting and tracking performance metrics.
* Work with influencer agency to create and execute the annual strategy, developing an always on approach with paid media support to drive social engagement and advocacy for the brand, supporting our consumer growth platforms, key campaign moments & NPD.

Who are you?

* Bachelor's degree in marketing or other relevant subject area.
* Minimum 6-8 years of work experience in brand management, coupled with min 4 years' experience in sponsorships or influencer marketing within FMCG, retail, or consumer healthcare/pharmacy sectors.
* Passionate about creating and launching truly creative campaigns to support strategic initiatives – working with agencies (creative and media) and briefing to inspire success.
* Ability to translate consumer insights into meaningful communication activations that unlock growth.
* Energised by a fast-paced environment and high performing team, driven to achieve results.Strong organisational and project management skills coupled with excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence a broad range of stakeholders.
* Excellent commercial acumen to manage product profitability and P&Ls.
* Ability to translate consumer insights into meaningful communication activations that unlock growth.
* Experience in working with customers on retail media to deliver plans against joint objectives is highly desired.
