We are looking for a driven Associate Consultant to work with our real estate and property consultants supporting the full recruitment lifecycle, develop strong client and candidate relationships, and grow your portfolio while being supported to shape your career—whether your goals include leadership, flexibility, or international opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Source and place high-quality property and construction talent
• Manage the recruitment process from briefing through to placement
• Stay informed on market trends to provide expert advice
• Contribute positively to a collaborative, high-performing team culture
• Achieve and exceed targets through our commission structure
Candidate:
• Real estate or property experience, sales or recruitment
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Target-driven with a proven results mindset

• Confident negotiator and problem solver
