About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented General Clerk to join our team in Regional NSW. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for secure, long-term employment, with potential visa sponsorship for the right applicant.
Key Responsibilities:
Recording, preparing, sorting, classifying, and filing information
Sorting, opening, and sending mail
Photocopying and faxing documents
Preparing routine reports
Recording the issue of equipment to staff
Receiving letters and telephone messages
Transcribing information onto computers, proofreading, and correcting copy
Providing customers with information about services (as required)
Performing basic receptionist duties (as required)
Skills & Qualifications:
AQF Certificate II or III (ANZSCO Skill Level 4) or equivalent experience
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Proficiency in basic computer and office applications
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
