This is an opportunity to join a team of property professionals, managing 60 retail and commercial tenants across NSW to ensure clients are set up to thrive in this market. Each day will have variety, but responsibilities will include: Conduct bank reconciliations, invoicing & arrears management Organise rent reviews, repairs & maintenance Prepare & reconcile budgets Liaise with solicitors for all legal matters Report to Asset Manager & Director All tasks associated with the upkeep & management of all retailers Budgets for CAPEX/OPEX Manage all insurances The ideal candidate: The successful candidate will ideally have: A degree or qualification in Commerce, Property or a Business related field 3 plus years' experience in Commercial Property Management Experience in rent roll administration, outgoings, reconciliations, arrears & invoicing in the Commercial or Retail Property industry Exposure to managing a budget, leasing paperwork & CAPEX/OPEX budgets Have a collaborative & team focussed attitude Exceptional communication skills & well versed in conflict resolution strategies Benefits: Work for an industry leader - very well-known in property!
