Restoration Technician
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restoration Technician to join our QLD team.
The successful candidate will have expertise in restoration, treatment, and cleaning of damaged properties, including domestic and commercial sites affected by fire, storm, flood, and malicious damage.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring high-quality workmanship
* Conducting initial make-safe works for water, mould, fire, and other restoration related projects
* Completing reports and technician duties for water damage, fire damage & mould projects
* Carrying out installation, monitoring, and reporting of mitigation & restoration equipment
* Completing mould cleaning and fire wash down of relevant areas using restoration chemicals
* Completing inventory reports on restorable/non-restorable contents items
* Completing steam-cleaning of carpets
* Liaising with internal office staff, project managers, external contractors, and clients
