Key Responsibilities:
* Forecast and report commercial pipeline accuracy and accountability in planning
* Provide hands-on management of major commercial accounts
* Ensure developing strategies are reported annually and refined quarterly
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years' experience working in the construction industry in a similar position
* Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills with sound IT literacy
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with an ability to prioritize and manage workload, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing circumstances
