About the Role
We are looking for a hands‐on and commercially minded Procurement Manager to join our team in North Sydney.
This is a key role supporting our Marketing and broader business functions, where you will take ownership of procurement activities end‐to‐end, from initial request through to supplier engagement, approvals, and delivery.
You will work closely with stakeholders across Marketing, Finance, Legal and our Headquarter, helping to ensure procurement is efficient, compliant, and adds real value to the business.
This role suits someone who enjoys being close to the detail, can work independently, and is confident managing multiple priorities in a fast‐paced environment, and is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, pace, and being at the centre of business delivery, not just sitting behind process.
What You Will Be Doing
* Manage end‐to‐end procurement activities across Marketing and assigned business areas
* Partner with stakeholders to plan and deliver procurement requirements aligned to business needs and timelines
* Coordinate supplier sourcing, quotation processes, and commercial evaluations
* Support agency engagement across creative, media, digital and sponsorship activities
* Manage contracts and scopes of work, ensuring clarity and compliance
* Navigate approval processes (including internal committees) to ensure timely outcomes
* Track procurement requests and proactively follow up to keep things moving
* Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce turnaround times, and achieve better commercial outcomes
* Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
What We Are Looking For
* Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Finance, or a related field
* Proven experience in procurement, ideally with exposure to marketing or indirect procurement
* Strong end‐to‐end procurement capability; you're comfortable rolling up your sleeves and getting things done
* Ability to work independently and manage your own portfolio with minimal supervision
* Commercially astute with solid negotiation and supplier management skills
* Comfortable working in a structured, approval‐driven environment
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Experience in a multinational or fast‐paced environment is advantageous
