Our clinical team, made up of over 75 Product Specialists and Assistive Technology Professionals (ATP's), are specialists in assistive technology and equipment prescription. We seek a full‑time Logistics Coordinator / Scheduler to be based out of our Virginia office. This is a fast‑paced but very rewarding role, that will require you to work efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities
* Plan routes and schedule loads for multi‑drop deliveries, taking into account factors such as delivery windows, vehicle capacities, and traffic conditions.
* Coordinate and book deliveries, ensuring timely and efficient transportation of goods.
* Liaise with customers to confirm delivery details, address any concerns, and provide updates on delivery status.
* Allocate and record resources and movements in the transport planning system to maintain accurate records and ensure optimal use of resources.
* Collaborate with partners in the supply chain to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
* Communicate effectively with clients, understanding their requirements and providing timely updates and solutions to meet their needs.
Ideal Candidate
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in a scheduling role, preferably in a logistics or transportation environment, demonstrating a strong understanding of scheduling principles and practices.
* Ability to make quick decisions while minimizing the impact on customers, demonstrating strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to prioritise effectively.
* Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately record and maintain scheduling information and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
* Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers, showing empathy, patience, and professionalism in all interactions.
* Desirable: Knowledge of SAP or similar transport planning systems, demonstrating the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software systems.
