Key Role: Loading Supervisor
The Loading Supervisor is accountable for leading and guiding operators, ensuring timely, safe, and efficient production.
* Leading and directing operators to achieve production goals in a timely, safe manner.
* Monitoring operator performance and compliance with set plans.
* Collaborating with Dispatch to ensure optimal dig rates and mitigate potential risks.
* Preparing and presenting reports as required.
* Engaging with peers and other service roles to support team objectives.
* Ensuring incidents are addressed according to legislative and site protocols.
* Conducting regulatory site inspections.
Key Responsibilities:
Experience:
* Minimum of five years' experience, including operation of machinery in open pit mines or quarries.
* Experience in managing team members, enhancing self-esteem through coaching, mentoring, and influencing others.
* Proficient computer skills, including integrated management systems, spreadsheet applications, and word processing software.
* Exposure to various workplace safety systems.
* Leadership and Supervisory Training.
Preferred:
* Conflict Management Training.
* Current Quarry Managers Certificate.
* Western Australian 'MR' Class Drivers Licence.
* Schedule 26 or equivalent.
Qualifications: Western Australian 'C' Class Manual Drivers Licence.
