This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working directly with customers and is comfortable with both retail and physical tasks. You will be a key point of contact for customers seeking mobility and daily living solutions. The role is part-time approx. 16 hours per week, working with a small supportive team
Key Responsibilities
* Serving customers face-to-face and over the phone
* Providing basic information on mobility aids and home care equipment
* Processing sales and assisting with general shop duties
* Deliveries and assisting with equipment (beds, chairs and mobility equipment)
About You
* Friendly, patient and confident communicating with customers
* Physically capable of occasionally assisting with heavy lifting
* Reliable, punctual and well presented
* Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
* A current driver's licence (manual prefered, but not essential)
* Previous retail, customer service or healthcare related experience is an advantage but not essential
