We are seeking experienced and dedicated Personal Care Workers to join our team on Casual basis to cover a range of different shifts. 
Successful candidates may also have the opportunity to cover planned and unplanned leave. 
Reporting to our Registered Nurses, our Personal Care Workers are responsible for providing quality care to our residents. This includes: 
Providing direct care, support and guidance to residents in accordance with best practice. 
Working towards establishing positive relationships with our residents and working collaboratively within a team environment with an attitude of respect, integrity and teamwork. 
Responsiveness to reporting incidents and changes in resident behaviour in a timely manner to RNs. 
You will have the opportunity to develop your aged care career under the guidance and mentorship of experienced nursing professionals within the aged care industry. You will receive hands-on training and support from our dedicated RNs, and Management team.

To be successful you will have 
Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc) 
Certificate III or Certificate IV in Aged Care or Individual Support 
Complete a police check 
Flu Vaccination (or willingness to obtain during flu season) 
Evidence of Covid-19 vaccination 
Basic Food Safety Practices Certificate 
Sound food preparation experience (preferably in an Aged Care environment) 
Highly organised and able to effectively manage and prioritise multiple tasks 
Highly efficient and motivated 
Maintain a clean and tidy work environment at all times 
Knowledge of kitchen processes, standards, systems and equipment 
Flexibility to work available shifts on short notice 
A caring team environment with strong clinical and allied health support
