Facilities Manager – 8 Mile Plains, Brisbane
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Facilities Manager to join our team. You will oversee a key Business Park incorporating nine different assets located at 8 Mile Plains. Reporting to the Director and fully supported by a dedicated Assistant FM, you will be responsible for the efficient, cost‐effective operation, maintenance and development of all services within the Business Park.
Responsibilities
* Manage service providers including fire safety systems, mechanical services, BMCS, condenser water systems, and hydraulic services.
* Manage operating expenditure and ensure efficient, sustainable and cost‐effective maintenance and operation of all plant and equipment.
* Manage minor works and tenancy fit‐outs as required.
* Carry out building inspections under the building's operating model & document findings.
* Deliver superior customer service and develop key tenant stakeholder engagement by providing effective and timely communications.
Qualifications
* Demonstrated experience as a Facilities Manager or Operations with a sound understanding of building operations.
* Trade background in either Mechanical or Electrical services and project management experience is preferred but not essential.
* Proven experience in managing services contracts.
* Strong time management and organisational skills.
* Professionally presented with excellent relationship management and communication skills.
