About The Role

As Lead Strategist, you'll be the creative and strategic heartbeat of your client pod, leading strategy across creative, brand, and performance. You'll work closely with our Media Buyers, Copywriters, and Visual Creators, to execute creative strategy that drives profitable and sustainable growth.

Your role combines creative direction, strategic insight, and leadership. You'll guide your team and clients through brand storytelling, campaign planning, and growth optimisation. This is a hands‐on leadership role suited to someone who thrives on working as part of a world‐class creative team.

What You'll Do 1. Creative & Brand Strategy
* Lead the creative strategy process, developing concepts, campaigns, and ad angles that aim to attract new customers and profitably scale our brands.
* Collaborate with the creative and media teams to test, refine, and evolve messaging and visuals across channels.
* Champion brand consistency, storytelling, and audience insight in all creative outputs.
* Bring bold ideas to the table, balancing creative innovation with conversion‐driven execution.
* Build and present strategic growth plans that connect creative performance to business outcomes.
* Oversee paid media direction across social and search, with a focus on new customer acquisition and sustainable scaling.
* Use data and creative performance insights to drive decisions that reduce nCPA, and maximise MER, CLTV, and profit margins.
* Identify opportunities for growth through creative testing, offer optimisation, and funnel improvements.
* Lead a dedicated pod of media buyers, creative strategists, and account leads—driving clarity, collaboration, and accountability.
* Mentor your team with a balance of creative inspiration and strategic discipline.
* Contribute to playbooks, frameworks, and internal best practices that raise the bar for the entire agency.
4. Client Partnership
* Act as the primary growth advisor and strategic partner for your clients.
* Build trust through transparency, communication, and measurable impact.
* Present strategy, performance reviews, and creative direction with confidence and clarity.
What You Bring
* 3+ years in eCommerce growth, creative strategy, or performance marketing (DTC experience a strong plus).
* A proven ability to scale brands through creative thinking and data‐led decision making.
* Experience managing ad budgets of $20K+/month across paid social and/or search.
* Strong grasp of growth metrics (MER, CLTV, nCPA, AOV) and how they tie to creative and brand performance.
* Exceptional communication skills. You can make complex ideas clear and compelling.
* A collaborative, proactive leader who thrives in a creative, high‐accountability environment.
