Operating out of our Queanbeyan depot and supporting Fyshwick. This role is the front face for our depot you will be the first-person guests to our depot will meet. Your day will consist of liaising with schools, parents and other external stakeholders. As well as being ready to jump in and help other departments (such as charter support) meaning you'll get wide exposure and training across our operations.
This is a great role to take initiative in, you'll get plenty of opportunities to own processes such as lost property or dealing with customer complaints or queries.
Having confidence in being able to de-escalate and offer superb customer service, you will be proactive and process driven. What we're looking for
* Experience in customer service (deescalating and handling complaints from start to finish)
- Complaints, complements and queries. Our external stakeholders share their thoughts.
* Great communication skills, verbal and written
- You'll engage external and internal stakeholders following up with calls and emails.
* A proactive mindset
- You'll have plenty of opportunities to help, even if in a different team
* Process driven
