This is your chance to work alongside some of the state's most experienced and highly regarded chefs in our state-of-the-art commercial kitchen.
About The Role
As a Casual Pastry Chef, you'll thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment, contributing to large-scale events and banquets. We're seeking Pastry Chefs with a positive attitude and the flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including peak service times. What We're Looking For
* Minimum Certificate III in Commercial Cookery/Patisserie.
* Proven experience in high-volume food production within quality establishments.
* A genuine passion for food and the hospitality industry.
* Thorough knowledge of HACCP and Food Safety Protocols with a strong commitment to compliance.
* Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining high standards.
* Excellent availability and flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends across a 7-day roster.
