**A typical day will have you**:
- Responsible for Nursing business growth on existing and new products and services
- Relationship and stakeholder management
- Contribute to the teams capacity to provide exemplary customer service
- Empower clients to access services that allow them to live an independent and quality life within their communities
- Achieve budgetary and performance KPI's
- Grow Benetas IHNS business through identification and realisation of growth opportunities
- Enhance sales capability and referrer relationship management across Benetas IHNS
- Contribute to a positive culture within the Benetas IHNS team
- Contribute positively to the broader Benetas community
**We're looking for someone with**:
- Tertiary qualifications in management business, health or other related field, essential
- Registered Nurse, essential
- Current APHRA registration and maintaining this registration throughout your employment
- Demonstrated sales experience in the health sector
- A passion for community nursing
- Ability to use data analytics
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
