We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Advisor to manage human resource activities and initiatives across multiple sites, developing and implementing strategies to improve engagement, communication, and business results.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide generalist human resources support, advice, and coaching to employees, frontline managers, and managers.
* Develop and implement key HR initiatives focusing on building site capability, improving engagement levels, and people management.
* Contribute to policy development, monitoring, and execution based on relevant legislation and contemporary HR practices.
* Manage day-to-day HR activities, including counselling and grievances, recruitment, organisational development, and provide operational HR information and analysis.

* Strong coaching, business partnering, facilitation, and communication skills.
* Ability to connect and engage with people at all levels, influence individuals and teams, and inject passion into tasks and projects.
