We're on the lookout for an experienced Off-the-Plan Sales Agent to take the lead on a high-profile residential development situated in a booming coastal growth corridor just outside Sydney. The Position
In the role of Off the Plan Sales Agent, your key responsibilities will include:
Manage the end-to-end sales process
Service all incoming buyer enquiries and conduct follow up calls
Lead generation through networking and database calls
Organise and attend client appointments
Keep buyers abreast of property market trends
The Person
The ideal candidate for the role of Off the Plan Sales Agent, will have:
Previous Project Sales/Investment Sales or Residential Sales experience
Sound knowledge of the OTP Sales process
Be able to lead and mentor a small team
Current NSW Certificate of Registration and/or Real Estate Licence
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding KPIs
Ability to negotiate strongly and close sales
A superior communicator who thrives on building relationships
