**The Company**
You will be joining an international financial services institution working across a breadth or products within wealth management, particularly Superannuation.
**A day in the life of a Regulatory Compliance Manager**
As the Regulatory Compliance Manager across Superannuation products, your duties will include providing guidance on regulatory and compliance issues to the Board of Directors, top management, and external partners. You will also be in charge of overseeing and coordinating multiple internal and external audits annually, as well as leading the yearly review and approval of policies and frameworks.
Additionally, you will manage compliance attestations and processes, assist with communication and reviews with regulatory bodies such as APRA, ASIC, and ATO, and oversee compliance plans for four subsidiary companies, including presenting to their respective Boards. You will also assist with providing reports to the Board and committees.
**Desired Experience to succeed in the role**
- 5+ years experience in a compliance role within a financial institution, superannuation, wealth or professional services/consulting firm.
- Knowledge of wealth platforms or products (Superannuation/insurance/IDPS) will be highly regarded and weighted highly in the process.
- Knowledge and understanding of the Australian regulatory landscape.
- Experience with Audit, Compliance plans and coordinating attestation plans would be advantageous.
- Articulate when questioning stakeholders with the ability to clarify challenges to resolve them.
- Tertiary qualification in business, finance, technology, accosting, commerce, or related discipline,
- Ability to develop solid working relationships and influence stakeholders.
