The Role
As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the supply chain of life support goods to Barrow Island, ensuring full compliance with quarantine, safety, and quality standards.
This is a hands-on role requiring strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and a commitment to Our Safety Culture.
The Person:
- Coordinate movement and distribution of supplies for the Gorgon Project.
- Plan, schedule, and track inbound/outbound shipments.
- Ensure compliance with quarantine and safety standards, including Dangerous Goods handling.
- Conduct inspections and complete logistics documentation.
- Perform 3-way matching of goods, stocktaking, and data entry into Compass systems.
- Maintain clean, food-safe, and quarantine-compliant workspaces.
- Support team training and uphold high service standards.
