Salary Range: $92,604.95 to $107,622.32 per annum + super (subject to skills and experience)

Our Opportunity
The key focus areas of this role include:
* Attending to planning enquires, providing planning advice and high level customer service to the residents of the Northern Beaches.
* Interpret and provide advice on the NSW Planning systems, including the Environmental Planning & Assessment Act 1979, Environmental Planning & Assessment Regulation 2021, State Environmental Planning Policies, Local Environmental Plans and Development Control Plans.
* Be proactive in developing and maintaining our continuous improvement culture as it relates to all processes, systems and activities for improved customer service, efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery.
About You
We're looking for a motivated and customer service focused applicant who has experience with the planning system of NSW to join our development advisory services team. You'll bring an enthusiasm to assist and advise our customers, to a team passionate about making a difference to our community.
