Job Title: Support Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Support Engineer to join our team. This is a full-time position that requires the ability to deliver fast, friendly, and helpful support to our clients.
As a Support Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for support calls and tickets. You will provide advanced remote troubleshooting, keep documentation clear and up to date, and monitor our RMM dashboard and apply fixes.
You will also work both remotely and onsite (60% office / 40% on-site around Adelaide) to ensure seamless support to our clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need strong communication skills, with the ability to speak both 'geek' and 'human' languages.
You will have at least 2 years' experience in a similar role supporting Microsoft environments, confident troubleshooting across hardware, software, and networking, and experience maintaining OS, business apps, printing and network systems.
Bonus points if you have knowledge of Halo PSA, 3CX, or Ubiquiti gear.
