Finance and Insurance Officer (Part-Time with Peak Period Full-Time Requirement)

We are currently seeking a Finance & Insurance (F&I) Officer to join our team in a flexible part‐time capacity, with the opportunity to step into full‐time hours during key peak periods.
About the Role
The Finance & Insurance Officer plays a critical role in the customer journey, helping buyers secure the right financial solutions while enhancing their overall purchase experience.
You will be responsible for:
* Presenting and promoting finance and insurance products to customers
* Assisting customers in structuring tailored finance solutions
* Maximising revenue opportunities through finance, insurance, and aftermarket products
* Ensuring all documentation and processes meet compliance and regulatory standards
* Working closely with the sales team to support deal progression and customer satisfaction
* Delivering a seamless, professional, and customer‐focused experience from approval through to settlement
Availability Requirements (Non‐Negotiable)
To be successful in this role, you must meet the following availability:
* Available a minimum of 2 days per week for the remainder of 2026
* Available to work 8:30am – 5:30pm shifts
* Available for some Saturdays as required
* Full‐time availability (Monday–Saturday) from August 1 to September 30, 2026 to support a peak trading period
About You
We are looking for someone who:
* Has strong communication and relationship‐building skills
* Is confident presenting financial products and closing opportunities
* Is highly organized with strong attention to detail
* Thrives in a fast‐paced, team‐driven environment
* Demonstrates integrity and a strong understanding of compliance requirements
* Previous experience in automotive F&I or finance is highly regarded (but not essential for the right candidate)
