About the Role
As a Compliance Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the development, implementation, and monitoring of compliance programs across the organisation. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing and maintaining compliance policies and procedures
Monitor and report on compliance activities and risks
Conduct internal audits and compliance reviews
Maintain accurate compliance records and documentation
Support staff training on compliance-related matters
Liaise with regulatory bodies and external stakeholders as required
Investigate and report on compliance breaches or incidents
About You
Proven experience in a compliance, risk, or regulatory role
Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and compliance management systems
Desirable
Relevant qualification in compliance, law, business, or a related field

Understanding of risk management frameworks
