About the role
You will be responsible for delivering business analysis activities across concepts, business cases, projects, and other work related to the University's CRM environment. You will focus on understanding business needs, process mapping, analysis, design and writing of stories and specifications to deliver effective CRM solutions that enhance student, staff, and stakeholder engagement.
You will:
* conduct stakeholder analysis and plan the execution of CRM business analysis tasks, ensuring active engagement and communication;
* research and analyse user and stakeholder needs, pain points and existing systems to identify improvement opportunities;
* document CRM-related business processes, workflows and use cases using industry standards; and
* collaborate with the Product Owner to clarify, prioritise and refine backlog items.
About you
You will have a demonstrated understanding of business processes and how these relate to the requirements of University, CRM and other systems. Experience in the higher education sector is desirable.
You will possess demonstrated:
* business analysis skills and experience in contemporary methodologies, including Agile delivery approaches;
* experience in business process review, systems analysis and design, preparing functional specifications, user stories, and user documentation;
* experience supporting Agile delivery teams; and
* ability to provide strategic support and advice, and to adapt analysis and priorities in response to evolving stakeholder needs.
