We’re recruiting for a full-time Inspection Coordinator to join our Offshore Energy team in Perth.This role will ensure the quality delivery of inspection works to ensure compliance with Company Maintenance Plans and Performance Standards, in conjunction with applicable codes, standards, and specifications. The Coordinator will oversee work scope estimation, development of inspection work packs, material procurement, and temporary equipment management in support of inspection works related to structures, equipment, piping, and pressure vessel components within the offshore environment.Benefits of working with Monadelphous include:Adhoc offshore travelSalary sacrifice and novated leasing availableDiscounted health insuranceKey Responsibilities:Resource estimation, work pack build, execution coordination, and basic scheduling of topside inspections for offshore platforms, ensuring compliance with industry standards (e.g., API RP 2A levels 1-4).Collaborate with engineering teams to assess the integrity of platform structures, including topside, hull, and splash zone, and prioritize inspection activities.Coordinate with planning teams for accurate work scope scheduling.Organize and facilitate HAZID / HIGH Level Risk Assessments for critical or high-risk scopes of work, including After Action Reviews.Support and oversee inspections of piping systems, equipment, and pressure vessels.Ensure safety protocols are followed during inspections, especially in hazardous environments.Maintain compliance with all Australian and Company Standards.Review and provide feedback/actions from vendor and third-party compliance reports.Coordinate vendors for NDT / Advanced NDT activities, such as ultrasonic testing, magnetic particle testing, and radiographic testing.Ensure accurate reporting of inspection results.Develop and implement confined space entry procedures, risk assessments, and permitting.What you’ll bring:Quality Assurance experience, Mech Trade or related fields.Relevant certifications such as API, NACE, ASNT, CSWIP/AWS, DSQR.Experience working with SAP CMMS, attention to detail, inspection techniques, and offshore operations experience.Experience in structural, piping, or vessel inspections, with offshore exposure.Valid Australian Driver’s License and Forklift license.Proof of right to work in Australia.Life at MonadelphousWe offer opportunities to get involved in various cultural and celebratory events.
