Eligibility
As a Chemical Engineering graduate you will be eligible for Facilities Engineering, Subsurface Engineering, and Drilling & Completions Engineering Streams.
Facilities Engineering involves responsible molecule delivery from wellbore to plant gate in a safe, reliable, and low-cost way. This includes roles in integrity, reliability, production, surveillance, process control, operations, process safety, operations technology, and projects.
Subsurface Engineering characterises the recovery of hydrocarbons from the reservoir and how this can be optimised. Involved in most stages of the asset lifecycle: exploration, appraisal, development, and production.
Day-to-day tasks include analysing reservoir and production data, creating and updating analytical and reservoir simulation computer models, and forecasting future production and reserves.
Drilling & Completions Engineering is responsible for working with area asset team and preparing well designs, cost estimates, and detailed operational guidelines for new and existing wellbores to meet project objectives.
Support incident response, project management, field supervision, and cost/invoice review.
