Role DescriptionNinety Mile Consulting (NMC) are seeking a Consulting Manager to join our fast-growing team. The role would best suit a candidate with professional services experience. You will be someone who is looking to accelerate your career in management consulting and generate the competency to successfully fast track to a Consulting Director. Unlike other management consulting firms, NMC's projects have immediate impact for our clients and deliver tangible outcomes across the capabilities of Strategic Design, Human Capital, Transformations and Asset Management. You will have the ability to work daily with CEOs from a variety of industries across Suburban and Regional Australia. As a Consulting Manager you will lead the delivery of multiple projects either remotely or onsite at our client's location. As a leader of a client-facing team you will develop hypotheses leveraging your structured problem-solving skills, co-design programs of work, develop and execute engagement plans, undertake analytics, facilitate report writing and present solutions to clients. You will be crucial in being NMC's lead representative on site, building strong, impactful relationships with key stakeholders and clients by establishing rapport, arrange meetings and growing our client base and network. You will help identify new opportunities for NMC growth as part of the company's business development, leading the design and execution of capability and sector specific campaigns.
