**Job Title: Harvest Worker/ Farm hand**
**Responsibilities**:
- **Harvesting**: Harvest herbs at the peak of quality, following established guidelines to maintain product integrity.
- **Processing**: Clean, sort, and prepare harvested herbs for packaging and distribution. This may include cutting, and packaging according to specified standards.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect harvested herbs for pests, diseases, and other quality issues, taking appropriate measures to maintain product quality.
- **Equipment Maintenance**: Ensure all tools and equipment are properly cleaned, maintained, and stored after each use.
- **Farm maintenance**: Weeding, cleaning and hedging of the farm crops
- **Safety Compliance**: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working setting for yourself and your colleagues.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve production targets and maintain a positive work environment.
**Requirements**:
- Ability to speak and understand English essential.
- Previous experience in agriculture, horticulture, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and carry heavy loads.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
**Job Type**: Casual
Pay: From $29.33 per hour
Expected hours: 38 per week
