About the role:
Rise & Shine Kindergarten Marrickville is seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team full-time. This position supports the delivery of high-quality early childhood education under the Rise & Shine curriculum and provides hands‐on support to the centre team.
Key Responsibilities
* Designing and implementing inclusive, play‐based learning programs that foster children's development.
* Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that supports children's social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
* Observing, assessing, and documenting children's learning progress to inform curriculum planning.
* Building solid, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues to enhance learning outcomes.
* Promoting language and literacy development through storytelling, role play, and interactive experiences.
* Ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
* Leading and mentoring educators to maintain high-quality early childhood education and care.
* Communicating effectively with families to discuss children's progress, needs, and developmental milestones.

Requirements
* Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or ACECQA approved equivalent.
* Minimum 1 year experience in a regulated early childhood service.
* Current Working With Children Check (WWCC).
* First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis.
* Child Protection Training.
* Full-time availability (38 hours).
