You'll Work Directly With
* Senior leaders who value autonomy, clarity, and accountability
* Facility managers, building managers, strata managers, and education leaders
* Project managers and procurement teams from Australia's top FM firms (JLL, CBRE, Knight Frank, Colliers, Savills, McGees etc)
* Our internal operations team, ensuring smooth handovers and client satisfaction
You'll be selling to people who value reliability, speed, and professionalism — and you'll become the person they call first.
What You'll Do
* Develop and manage a portfolio of high-value B2B clients
* Conduct on-site inspections, identify needs, and scope solutions
* Hold high-level conversations with decision-makers who expect clarity and confidence
* Craft proposals that demonstrate value, not discounting
* Build fast, lasting trust through integrity, transparency, and consistent follow-up
* Maintain a healthy pipeline and track activity with discipline
* Partner with operations to deliver a seamless client experience from first call to job completion
* Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with client needs
* Represent AFM with credibility, polish, and commercial intelligence

**Requirements
(Non-Negotiable)**
* Proven B2B sales or business development experience in FM space
* Confident, credible communication skills
* Strong relationship-building ability — fast trust, clear follow-through
* Comfortable walking sites, asking smart questions, and scoping needs
* Ability to create, manage and grow a healthy sales pipeline
* Self-driven, consistent, and disciplined
* Valid driver's licence
Preferred (But Not Required):
* Experience selling to FM, commercial cleaning, trades, or property sectors
* Strong understanding of quoting and pricing service-based work
* Existing networks within FM, property, or education
Probation:
* Includes a 90-day training and performance calibration period
* Commission accelerators apply after successful onboarding
