About the Role:
* Position: Permanent Full-Time or Part-Time
* Hours: Flexible shifts between 7:30 am - 5:30 pm
* Locations: Morningside, Springwood, Upper Mount Gravatt, Carina, and Capalaba (rotating schedule)
Your Impact:
As our Medical Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for patients, providing warm, professional service. Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
* Delivering outstanding customer service with compassion
* Managing appointments efficiently to keep the clinic running smoothly
* Building meaningful relationships with patients, referrers, and team members
* Supporting patients in scheduling and answering inquiries at our Upper Mount Gravatt bookings centre
What We're Looking For:
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Strong organizational skills for managing patient flow and appointments
* Confidence in using phone systems and basic computer programs
