We're a brand built on passion and community. This role supports Shannons’ growth by planning, delivering, and optimising events-led content across social, community, and event platforms. Working closely with Events, Brand, and Marketing teams, you will help turn live experiences into engaging stories that build awareness, participation, and commercial outcomes. What You’ll Do Plan and deliver events content across owned, partner, and community channels, ensuring alignment to brand, campaign, and event objectives Support the Events Content program of work by coordinating stakeholders, managing timelines, and tracking performance against agreed success measures Create high-quality content assets including photography, video, blogs, vlogs, and media-ready materials to support events and partnerships Partner with Brand, Marketing, and Corporate Affairs teams to ensure content meets governance, legal, and usage requirements Analyse content and social performance, sharing insights and recommendations to improve engagement, reach, and return on investment Attend Shannons motoring events as required to support content capture, stakeholder engagement, and onsite activation What You’ll Bring Experience in content planning, journalism, media, or brand storytelling, with practical application across digital and social channels Hands-on capability in content production, including photography and videography, with an eye for quality and brand alignment Strong stakeholder management skills, applied across internal teams, agencies, and external partners Ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into improved content outcomes Sound judgement when working within brand, legal, and risk frameworks A genuine interest in motoring culture and active participation in enthusiast or community environments If you require any support and adjustments to participate equitably in our recruitment process or in the workplace, we encourage you to contact luke.morandini@suncorp.com.au for a confidential conversation.
