We're excited to advertise for a budding Insurance Repair Supervisor to join our team in the Airlie Beach region. This is a key role in the team and may suit someone looking to get into the construction insurance space.
This is an opportunity for you to work closely with a mentor to learn how to successfully run multiple domestic insurance jobs.

Our experienced Insurance Repair Supervisors have a high level of skill in trade and building management, administrative report writing and customer service skills. Over time, you will learn these skills while working closely with our clients, customers, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure a positive, high-quality repair on every job.

About the role:
* Prepare reports, quotes & insurance assessments
* Communicate with clients, insurers & internal teams
* Ensure compliance, safety & KPI performance
* Maintain records in Prime Ecosystem & insurer platforms
* Occasional travel during major weather events
About you:
* Trade background, ideally carpentry/building/construction
* Keen to learn and/or build on skills in Estimating, Scheduling and Supervising trades and repairs
* Ability to work individually and in a team environment
* Organisational and time management skillsPositive and confident attitude with a strong focus on customer service
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* A working knowledge of the NCC, QBCC Standards and tolerances will be helpful
* High-level computer skills across mobile devices, systems and Microsoft Office suite of programs
* Ready to give anything a go! including travel
* A strong commitment to safety and awesome customer experience!
