Overview
As Product Manager – Freight, you'll operate at the intersection of strategy, customer insight, and commercial delivery. This role is part of a newly established Product & Strategy function, with direct influence on customer segmentation, solution design and market positioning.
Responsibilities
* Own end-to-end product initiatives from discovery through launch and performance tracking.
* Build product roadmaps, requirements and deliver measurable commercial outcomes.
* Lead customer discovery and translate insights into high‐impact solutions.
* Improve customer segmentation, targeting and service design.
* Drive cross‐functional delivery across Sales, Pricing, Operations, Finance and IT.
* Influence stakeholders and navigate complex delivery environments.
* Develop business cases and assess revenue, margin and cost‐to‐serve impact.
* Track performance, optimise outcomes and identify new commercial opportunities.
Qualifications
* 5–8 years' experience in Product Management or a related commercial role.
* Proven ability to deliver cross‐functional initiatives with real business impact.
* Strong customer discovery and problem‐solving capability.
* Ability to connect product decisions to commercial outcomes (revenue, margin, costs).
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence.
* Logistics or freight experience is a bonus but not essential.
