Overview

At Green Leaves Early Learning Baldivis, our unique National Learning, Research, and Development (NLRDP) program is our commitment to supporting our team members personally and professionally. As a Lead Educator, you will be provided with learning and development opportunities which include:

In addition, you will be supported day to day by the Centre Educational Leader. Using your strong focus on the image of a child, collaboration is key in providing a setting where you can ignite creativity and curiosity amongst the children, reflective of your well-resourced and planned environment.

About You

- AnACECQA-approved Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Current WA Working with Children\'s Check
- Current WA Child Protection Training
- Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates
- A strong focus on Image of Child
- The proven ability to plan, implement and evaluate programs through a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) & National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Prior leadership experience in mentoring educators to meet high standards of curriculum and documentation
