ICT Transformation Specialist
* Location: Canberra, ACT
* Security Clearance: Baseline Cleared (Mandatory)
* Contract Length: 8 months + 12 months extension (Based on Department discretion)
Experienced ICT transformation specialist required to deliver strategic business analysis and support the delivery of our ICT modernisation agenda. This role involves working across complex high-value transformation programs driving business analysis activities that underpin strategic ICT outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead stakeholder engagements to gather and analyse requirements for ICT-enabled projects.
* Develop high-quality documentation including business requirements process models functional specifications user stories and use cases.
* Drive backlog management to ensure consistent flow of development work.
* Collaborate with architects testers and developers to translate business needs into effective solution design and delivered outcomes.
* Conduct current state and future state analysis of business processes and system interactions.
* Define acceptance criteria and support UAT planning and execution.
* Contribute to continuous improvement within project delivery teams.
Requirements:
* Strong expertise as Business Analyst across full project lifecycle alongside Agile Waterfall and hybrid delivery methodologies.
* Demonstrated understanding of System Development Lifecycle SDLC.
* Proven track record delivering business analysis on large-scale ICT transformation programs.
