About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Product Manager to lead concepts from initial idea through to global launch. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with design, packaging, manufacturing, marketing, and regulatory teams to bring trend-led, commercially viable products to market.
The role also owns key client relationships, commercial performance, and offshore supplier management - ideal for someone who loves balancing creativity with strategy and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
Manage the full product lifecycle, from concept to launch
Partner with design, packaging, regulatory, and manufacturing teams to deliver seamless development
Own relationships with key clients, including pricing, costing, and profitability management
Liaise with offshore suppliers to maintain quality, timelines, and production standards
Lead cost negotiations across packaging and finished goods
Ensure all products meet relevant global regulatory requirements
Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities in packaging, formulations, and innovation
About you

Skills & experience
3–5 years in beauty, personal care, or FMCG product development
Tertiary qualifications in product design or business
Experience working with offshore manufacturers (essential)

Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Illustrator
