**The Position**
To exceed internal and external customer expectations within the boundaries of Customer Service, by taking ownership of enquiries through to completion. To generate sales by recognising sales opportunities, while representing our business in a professional manner and ensuring a positive custom
- Ensuring high standards of professionalism and customer service
- Taking high volume Inbound phone calls in fast-paced environment
- Problem-solvingng for customers and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell in line with KPI's
- Accurate and timely entry of quotes and orders
- Conversion of quotes to orders
- Face-to-facece counter sales
- Effective time management of daily work tasks
- Understanding the importance of company process and compliance guidelines, ensuring compliance
- Strong telephone and administrative skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- A positive outlook and flexible work attitude with a proactive 'can do" approach
- Strong written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- SAP experience will be highly regarded
