The Opportunity
Due to continued growth, we are seeking an Accounts Clerk to join our firm. This is a parental leave position for a minimum of 12 months with potential for extension or conversion to ongoing. It is an exciting opportunity to be part of a supportive and close-knit team. This role is based between both our Warragul office and our Drouin office as required. Full time or part time applicants will all be considered, a minimum of 20 hours per week is required for part time applicants.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
· Processing trust account receipts, payments, transfers and reconciliations
· Handling general bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and receivable
· Invoicing and billing support
· Monthly reporting
· Assisting the Administration Team as required, including managing phone and email enquiries, scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
In addition, the ideal candidate will possess the following:
· Professional and confident in written and verbal communication
· Strong attention to detail
· Excellent organisational, time management and prioritisation skills
· Handle sensitive information with care and maintain client confidentiality
