About our practice
Since Psychology Outcomes opened its doors in 2020 we have created a unique model of working that not only increases the effectiveness of therapy for clients we treat but which has been shared with organisations and clinics in Australia, USA and Europe. Our approach has been published in Forte Magazine, GT Magazine and the book Creating Impact: The Four Pillars of Private Psychology Practice. We are developing a new model of mental healthcare that provides individual therapy and identifies at the second session which clients are not improving so we can provide them access to holistic supports such as mindfulness coaching, sleep coaching and yoga. We provide this additional support to those that need it at no cost. This allows our Psychologists to feel more confident, helpful and satisfied with clients. We believe if we can give better care we all work together. But we are most proud of our team culture with weekly team connection, monthly wellbeing meetings, quarterly professional development and social events, and an annual team retreat in Daylesford. We are interested in Psychologists unique passions and skills sets and we foster these so that you can be excited at work. We don't believe Psychologists did years of training to write case notes and do admin. We developed a system so that all documentation can be completed within 20 minutes each day. No more doing admin at lunch, in breaks or after work! The Psychology Outcomes team is supported to feel effective with clients and energised about their work.
