About the Clinical Nurse (CN) Role:

Key Requirements:

* Qualifications & Experience – Registered as a Nurse with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia, holding a current practising certificate and a Graduate Diploma in Mental Health Nursing, with at least three years of post-registration experience.
* Leadership & Problem-Solving Skills – Strong ability to lead change, mentor staff, and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Collaboration & Consumer Focus – A commitment to consumer and carer participation, with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and engage with community services.
