What do I do in the role?*
In this role you will provide direct hospitality services to LHI's residential care facility on a daily basis. You will be assisting with the preparation, cooking and delivery of food services to all the residents throughout the facility.
Reporting to the hospitality coordinator and head chef you will provide assistance in all areas of the kitchen. Complying with all Aged Care and Food Regulations and Standards in line with the LHI Food Safety program. You will be working closely with the hospitality and RCH team in the provision of person-centred care to all residents.

What do I need to bring?*
- Minimum of 2 year's working experience in a similar role.
- Certificate III in Health Support Services/Hospitality/Food Services or equivalent
- Experience using commercial kitchen equipment
- Intermediate culinary skills
- Work with a 'customer service' focus
- Be a team player
- Good interpersonal and clear communication skills
- Ability to closely follow processes and directives
- Have the right to work in Australia
- Have a 2021 flu immunisation certificate
- Have had 2nd dose COVID Vaccination
