The Role:
As a customer-focused sales professional, you will be responsible for developing relationships with existing customers and identifying new business opportunities.
* Face-to-face and telephone customer interactions
* Counter sales including customer development
* Order management and follow-up communication
* Maintaining store presentation and stock levels
* Assisting with the receipt and dispatch of products
* Delivery of orders to customers
* Stock management, including purchasing and inventory control
* Generating quotations and following up on leads
* Ensuring compliance with company policies and QHSE standards
* Contributing to ongoing business improvement initiatives
