Paralegal and Administrative Opportunities
We are seeking highly motivated and organised professionals to fill various roles within a fast-paced legal environment on the Gold Coast.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist attorneys with all aspects of legal case preparation, including file management and document drafting.
* Conduct thorough research to support legal cases and create accurate documents.
* Provide exceptional client service, greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
* Manage incoming calls and direct them to the correct personnel.
* Oversee the reception area, maintaining a professional and welcoming environment at all times.
* Schedule appointments and manage calendars for attorneys and staff members.
* Prepare and file legal documents efficiently.
* Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, scanning, and filing.
* Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
* Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
* Essential: Experience in the legal industry, preferably with a strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures.
* Desired: A degree in Paralegal Studies, Law, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
* Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and work independently in a dynamic environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office technology, with a willingness to learn new systems.
* A positive and professional demeanor, with the ability to maintain a high level of integrity in all interactions.
