We are seeking a reliable and organised Front Desk & Administration Officer to join our busy mechanical workshop. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer service and administrative work in a fast-paced environment. And have basic knowledge about mechanical workshops.
Key Responsibilities but not limited to :
Greet and assist customers professionally at reception.
Answer phone calls and manage enquiries.
Book and schedule vehicle services and repairs prepare invoices, quotes, and job cards.
Maintain customer records and filing systems.
Handle payments and basic accounts support coordinate with mechanics and workshop staff.
Manage emails and office correspondence
Requirements:
Previous experience in administration or reception (preferred)
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Basic computer skills (email, Excel, invoicing software).
Good organisational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work independently and in a team
Experience in automotive/workshop environment is an advantage.
