RAC Auto Services is expanding its fleet of Mobile Service Vans, and we're seeking qualified and experienced Mechanics ready to take their skills beyond the traditional workshop. Our Mobile Mechanics operate in community "hubs" across nine metro-based service centres. We're actively recruiting throughout our entire network, with immediate opportunities available

What Will You Be Doing?
* Providing on-site vehicle service when members cannot bring their cars to our workshops-offering a "mini workshop on wheels".
* Delivering quality customer service, offering advice, and presenting vehicle care solutions.
* Conducting fault diagnosis, service, inspection, and repairs of light vehicles.
* Maintaining detailed records: Vehicle information, parts used, services performed, invoicing, and part returns.
* Keeping the mobile van clean and well-stocked to ensure efficient service delivery.
* Assisting at RAC Auto Service canters as needed to help meet customer demand.
What Are We Looking For in You?
* Trade Qualification: Light Vehicle Automotive Technician.
* Experience in mechanical servicing, repairs, and diagnostics.
* A C Class Manual Driving License.
* Motor Vehicle Repair Licence (desirable).
* Customer Service Excellence: Strong ability to communicate effectively and build positive workplace relationships.
