Receptionist and Office Support

Location: Brisbane, QLD – Full time.

Key responsibilities of the role

* Greet and welcome all visitors and employees alike, providing guidance and information
* Answer and triage incoming calls, taking detailed and accurate messages as required
* Receive and sign deliveries, handle incoming and outgoing mail, and organising couriers to collect items
* Keep reception and the general office space clean, tidy and secure for all employees and visitors; including catering in meeting rooms, unpacking the dishwasher and other general cleaning as required
* Provide administrative support and any ad‐hoc duties as requested by your manager to support the ongoing success of a 'One St Vincent's' Brisbane Office
